Summary
Operates switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. Greets, receives and processes calls professionally with courtesy and in a friendly manner.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; at least 1 year of hospitality, PBX, telemarketing or other call center work experience required.

Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
