HR Generalist CasualJob Summary: This position is responsible for the reception and triaging customer service needs of those seeking human resource office support including, but not limited to employment, and benefits. Works closely with the recruiting process to ensure timely and efficient processing of candidates. Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience. Essential Functions:
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or commensurate combination of education and human resources experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: PHR preferred. Knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources administration. Excellent oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion. Sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Microsoft Office suite knowledge with a minimum of an intermediate skill level. Working Conditions: Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
