PRODUCTION MANAGER
Job Title: Production Manager
Department: Entertainment Gaming License: Class III FLSA Status: Exempt Reports To: Director of Operations Starting Salary: Depends on Experience Summary Responsible for all aspects of technical and non-technical production for shows and events at Talking Stick Resort and Casino Arizona. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises the Showroom Supervisor. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Education and/or Experience HS/GED required; Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; 4+ years related audio/video support and entertainment related experience and/or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience; two (2) years supervisory experience required. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of ticket distribution software; Database software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Other Qualifications Must be able to quickly assimilate data and communicate corporate information to key external and internal audiences. Must have the ability to deal effectively with executive clients (internal and external). Must be able to lift and carry the weight needed to perform the duties of the job. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. * Must meet MVR requirements to be authorized to use company vehicles Language Skills Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; secondary smoke and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is often very loud. |
