PDC Revenue Auditor-Non Gaming

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Revenue Auditor reports directly to the PDC Controller, performing various tasks related to revenue audit job functions. The Revenue Auditor will audit all revenues flowing through Pechanga Development Corporation’s Non-Gaming Enterprises. The Revenue Auditor will protect the company’s assets by looking for discrepancies in reporting from each revenue generating department and non-gaming enterprises.


FOUR DIAMOND SERVICE AGREEMENT
All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to Customer Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by Pechanga Resort and Casino.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Use 10 key by touch
• Proficient at Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
• The position requires the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• The position also requires the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• This position requires an individual is comfortable using a computer and has the ability to use several types of software, such as, but not limited to, Opera, Micros, Symphony system, Passport, SSCS and MIDAX.
• Scans and reconciles receipts and other documentation to ensure the legitimacy of all transactions
• Enter revenue figures from each department into corresponding spreadsheets.
• Send out daily revenue reports to each department as well as, exceptions for any violations of SOPs.
• Reconciles Minimart, Baja Express, Fuel, Car Wash, Detailing Center, Jack Donuts and Steak N’Shakes daily work.
• Reconciles daily credit card transactions. Assist in the month-end, quarterly and year-end inventory count.
• Investigates unusual transactions.
• Protect the assets of Pechanga.
• All other tasks as assigned.
• The position requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• The position also requires the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
• Not a gaming license position.
