Manager of Clinic OperationsJob Summary: Assist the Practice Operations Director in relationship to the operational functions of Oaklawn Medical Group Primary Care and Specialty offices. Assists with coordination and oversight of projects, assists with data and reporting, support and system optimization. Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, or Business-related field and significant documented previous practice management experience in a multi-provider ambulatory clinic setting or the equivalent combination as determined by Hospital Administration. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Previous experience with physician incentive programs (CPC+, PCMH, PGIP, etc.), as well as previous demonstrated experience with LEAN or Six Sigma preferred. Excellent customer service, organizational skills and ability to work independently. Experience with Word and Excel. Medical terminology preferred. Working Conditions: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet. The work environment is primarily indoors. May experience traumatic situations including psychiatric, dismembered and deceased patients. Physical Requirements: Constantly see/visual acuity, handle/grasp/feel, talk/hear, taste/smell. Frequently stand, sit, walk. Occasionally lift/carry 1 to 25 lbs. |
