Showroom Supervisor

Job Title: Showroom Supervisor

Reports To: Production Manager

Summary
Enhances the overall quality and appeal of our internal entertainment program through supervision of scenery placement and technical details in order to increase excitement and satisfaction of our guests.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises the Showroom Technicians.

Education and/or Experience
HS/GED required; Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; One to two years’ experience in live audio/lighting/video as either a front of house engineer, monitor engineer, lighting director and or video operator and/or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience; two (2) years supervisory experience required.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of ticket distribution software; Database software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

Other Qualifications
Must be able to quickly assimilate data and communicate corporate information to key external and internal audiences. Ability to deal effectively with executive clients (internal and external). Must be able to lift and carry the weight needed to perform the duties of the job. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.

Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; secondary smoke and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is often very loud.
