Parking Lot Shuttle Driver
Job Title: Parking Lot Shuttle Driver (part-time/shifts vary)
Department: Hotel Front office Gaming License: 4b FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports To: Shuttle Driver Supervisor $7.50 per hour plus tips Summary Drives an electric vehicle/shuttle cart to transport customers or company personnel to and from the parking lots and the casino or hotel entrances. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must be, at least, 21 years old. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license. Must have an excellent driving record and be able to submit a current copy of a 39 month Motor Vehicle Report that reflects the following criteria: • No alcohol/drug related violations (e.g. DUI); • No reckless driving violations; • No more than 3 moving violations; • No more than 2 speeding tickets in excess of 15 miles per hour over the posted speed; • No more than 2 "at fault" accidents. Language Skills Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand for prolonged periods of time and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; secondary smoke and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. |
