Tash Restaurant Manager

Job Title: Tash Restaurant Manager

Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager at Talking Stick Resort
Salary: DOE

Summary
The Tash Restaurant Manager will direct and coordinate the opening of this new food and beverage outlet, featuring Mediterranean cuisine, at Talking Stick Resort. The restaurant manager will be responsible for managing staff, products, service and financial results as well as ensure excellent customer service.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages the Lead Restaurant Supervisor who supervises employees in the restaurant or outlet.

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required; College degree in Hospitality; 8 to 10 years related experience in the Food & Beverage industry with, at least, 5 years in a management role; and/or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Knowledge of Arizona State Liquor Laws - Title 4 and/or Arizona Alcohol Awareness certification required.
Prior experience opening a new, high-end, restaurant required. Marketing experience a plus.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and current/standare point-of-sale software.

Physical Demands

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and secondary smoke. The employee is frequently exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
