Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager at Talking Stick Resort
Salary: DOE with full benefits
Directs and coordinates activities of the food and beverage service team for this modern and innovative American fine dining restaurant. Also creates a luxury experience in the Degree 270 nightclub in an effort to drive VIP sales. Works with the Operations Venue Manager for overall sales efforts in Degree 270.
Manages staff, products, service and financial results. Works with Marketing and the F&B Director for restaurant promotions, social media posts, and media inquiries. P&L responsibilities and overall promotion of the restaurant to the public. Ensures excellent customer service throughout venues.
Manages the Lead Restaurant Supervisor and Beverage Supervisor who supervise employees in the restaurant and nightclub.
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required; College degree in Hospitality Management; 8 to 10 years related experience in the Food & Beverage industry with, at least, 5 years in a management role; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Arizona State Liquor Laws - Title 4 and/or Arizona Alcohol Awareness certification required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent PC skills and knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and secondary smoke. The employee is frequently exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
