Rewards Club Representative
Job Title: Rewards Club Representative (swing shift)
Department: Marketing Reports To: Rewards Club Assistant Manager Starting Pay Rate up to $17.01 per hour; depending on prior experience Summary Creates a welcome and entertaining environment for guests by providing prompt, courteous and professional customer service at all times. Greet guests at the Player Rewards Club, learn names of repeat guests and greet them by name. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; prior customer service related experience required; casino experience preferred but not required. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have good PC skills and knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Other Qualifications Must have general knowledge of; casino games, rules, procedures and regulations pertaining to casino operations. Must have an upbeat and friendly personality and present a well-groomed appearance. Must be willing and able to; work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays. Language Skills Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Physical Demands While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to secondary smoke. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. |
