Reports To: Online Marketing Manager
Under the direction of the Online Marketing Manager, is responsible for implementing a predefined list of social media marketing and reputation management promotions, managing content creation and content implementation within a large number of social media accounts.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED required; college degree in business, marketing, public relations or advertising required. Minimum of three years experience or training in advertising, PR, online marketing or similar field is preferred. Experience managing online marketing campaigns, social media, excellent client communication and project management skills, strong writing, notation, and communication skills, ability to work under pressure in fast-paced dynamic work environment.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs. Minimum of two years direct experience working with multi-media/desktop publishing/graphics-based programs. Must be an active participant in the social media world (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Must have strong writing skills. Excellent organizational and communications skills are required. Must be a team player and be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Must present a well-groomed appearance at all times.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to secondary smoke. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
