Job Title: Keno Runner/Writer (part-time)
Department: Keno Gaming License: Class III FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports To: Keno Shift Supervisor Summary Maximizes the efficiency and game availability throughout the casino. Covers an assigned area collecting game cards and delivers payments; writes tickets and keeps records. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Other Qualifications Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must possess basic math, reading and writing skills. Must be able to work harmoniously with both employees and management personnel. Language Skills Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to secondary smoke. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. |
