Digital Content Specialist

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Digital Content Specialist schedules all animated, motion graphics, and static content for marketing purposes and schedules this content to play on digital positions throughout Pechanga Resort Casino. This Team Member will also assist with the coordination of digital signage hardware and software installation and maintenance.

FOUR DIAMOND SERVICE AGREEMENT
All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to Customer Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by Pechanga Resort and Casino.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establishes and maintains processes and schedules to ensure the secure development and timely posting of quality assets to over 100 unique, on-campus, digital positions of various ratios (including iView, all promotional message stations, digital menus, digital wayfinding, digital overheads etc)

• Processes and schedules creative assets from both internal and occasionally external sources, to create a timely and compelling story on digital positions

• Maintains daily posting schedule of digital assets for all internal clients (all departments and businesses) and all property activities, according to calendar of events

• Maintains integrity and graphic standards for all brand identity, image components and animated features.

• Use of introductory level skills in motion graphics and design software to include: Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite software, to assist with motion graphics and video editing when needed

• Use of internal project management system for client requests, change orders and scheduling for content

• Use of CMS for maintaining a smooth content schedule, device performance reporting and analytics to management

• Schedules updates and maintenance on digital hardware and software as needed, in collaboration with associated departments

• Establishes a routine quality check on all digital positions to ensure proper function, content placement and cleanliness. This will require extensive and frequent walking throughout the expansive Pechanga Resort Casino campus

• Performs other job related duties as assigned


ACCOUNTABILITY: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Incumbent is responsible for protecting the assets of Pechanga Resort Casino and for maintaining and providing a positive and professional work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND GUIDELINES

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION: Minimum of two (2) years of experience required and an A.A. degree in marketing, digital communications, IT, Graphic Design, or other related field required. Year of experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
• Obtain and maintain a Class “A” Gaming license
