Lead Bartender at Talking Stick Resort
Job Title: Lead Bartender (swing/grave shift in Orange Sky) at Talking Stick Resort
Department: Food & Beverage Gaming License: 4B FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports To: Beverage Supervisor $13.80 per hour plus tips Summary Coordinates the activities and duties on a given shift of the bartenders. Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drink to any patron who approaches the bar and is responsible for preparing drinks for beverage servers. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; must be 21 years of age; 1 year of bartending experience required. Knowledge of Arizona State Liquor Laws - Title 4 and/or Arizona Alcohol Awareness certification a plus. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must have a valid Maricopa County Food Handlers card. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; secondary smoke and extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to very loud. |
