Job Title: PBX Operator (part-time)
Department: Reservations/PBX Gaming License: 4b FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports To: PBX Supervisor Starting Pay Rate: $10.30 per hour Summary Operates switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. Greets, receives and processes calls professionally with courtesy and in a friendly manner. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; at least 1 year of hospitality, PBX, telemarketing or other call center work experience required. Language Skills Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
