Box Office Representative (part-time)
Job Title: Box Office Representative
Department: Entertainment Reports To: Box Office Supervisor Starting Pay Rate: Up to $14.99/hr.; depending on prior experience Summary Creates a welcome and entertaining environment for all guests inquiring about and/or purchasing tickets for Casino Arizona Showroom events. Enhances customer service and overall image of Casino Arizona by sharing knowledge of Showroom and other Casino events with guests and employees of other departments. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; one year customer service experience required, preferably in a direct sales and/or telemarketing environment. Cash handling experience required. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have good PC skills. Knowledge of MSWord, Excel and Outlook applications preferred. Language Skills Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time; walk; sit; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to secondary smoke. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. |
