Associate Analyst, Data Operations

Job Summary: Support department; assist with minutes for various meetings, data entry and dissemination, queries and reports, works with end users to develop processes to make use of system functionality and solve problems. 

Essential Functions:

  • Consistently uses an outward mindset and puts forth exemplary effort in accomplishing his/her goals and objectives in a manner that helps others to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Provides support and administrative functions on a variety of Quality Improvement (QI) software systems.
  • Compiles, sorts and enters Quality data into various matrices, reports, and clinical score cards.
  • Supports and assists with daily operations and changes within the QI systems
  • Assists with research and implements solutions to problems.
  • Participates in multidisciplinary meetings and assists with minutes and in special QI projects, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Quality, or related field.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Bachelor’s degree, preferred.  Knowledge of commonly used PC software and data sorting abilities. The ability to work under pressure and organize data. Be well-organized, resourceful, and excellent communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail and basic collection of data skills. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Demonstrate advanced competence with Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to handle problems quickly and effectively.

Working Conditions: Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Office is located on a second level floor without the aid of elevators and/or lifts.

Physical Requirements: Constantly see/visual acuity, handle/grasp/feel, talk/hear. Frequently sit. Occasionally lift/carry 1 to 49 lbs.
