Job Title: Bar Back Attendant in Tash Restaurant at Talking Stick Resort
Department: Food and Beverage Reports To: Beverage Supervisor Starting Pay Rate up to $10.23 per hour; depending on prior experience Summary Assists the Bartender in providing the finest food, drink and customer service. Provides supportive and team oriented back-up work that ensures timely service from the bar. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); must be, at least, 19 years old: previous F&B work related experience preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must have a valid Maricopa County Food Handlers card. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, secondary smoke; extreme heat and extreme cold.
