Entertainment Coordinator

Job Title: Entertainment Coordinator
Department: Entertainment
Reports To: Entertainment Manager
$15.45 to $17.00 per hour; depending on related experience

Summary
Provides administrative support to Entertainment management in the coordination of daily expenses, show expenses, purchases and labor compared to budgets. Provides event/show assistance in general planning and execution.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required; Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent PC skills and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Word. Strong knowledge of POS Systems such as (InfoGenesis), Kronos, Delphi and Box Office Ticketing Systems is preferred.

Other Qualifications
Must have the ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts, identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Must be able to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. Must have strong communication and administrative skills. Must be able to get along well with co-workers and be a team player.

Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to secondary smoke. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
