Executive Assistant - Human Resources Full TimeJob Summary: Assists in the day to day operations of the Human Resources and Organizational Development Administration area, providing support for Executive Director of Human Resources and Human Resource staff. Values and maintains departmental process improvement. Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications: 18 Years of Age. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: PHR or SPHR preferred. Ability and willingness to obtain HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CSP, SHRM-SCP) within one year of employment. Possesses expert knowledge of office routine and office information systems and software programs as well as an understanding of the organization, programs and procedures related to the work of the Human Resources. Requires discretion and judgment to organize priorities, complete tasks and handle confidential employee, physician and administrative information. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality, ethics, and integrity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Must be organized, analytical and can multitask and function independently. Must be proficient in Word and Excel, and able to learn additional software as required by the position. Must have the ability to work effectively and efficiently with a wide range of the public – Senior Leadership, Board members, Employees, physicians, patients, vendors, and the general populace. Working Conditions: Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. May be exposed to infectious diseases and/or hazardous materials.
