GENERAL SUMMARY
• Responsible for providing prompt and efficient service to guests in a high volume night club setting.
• Responsible for courteously reserving, assigning booths and accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Responsible for providing guests with information about the club upon requests.
• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with feeder businesses for Eagle’s Nest nightclub.
• Responsible for submitting table reservations and guest list each night of operation.
• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with VIP table service customers.
• Responsible for following up with all table service customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for adding customer information to the Eagle’s Nest Nightclub customer database each week.
• Will protect the assets of Pechanga Resort and Casino.

FOUR DIAMOND SERVICE AGREEMENT
All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to Customer Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by Pechanga Resort and Casino.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Knowledge of booth locations, types of booths available, and seating accommodations.
• Maintains assignment of booths and amount of attendees in each party.
• Greets and seats VIP guests as well as introduce them to their server
• Oversees service in specified section of the club, assists server, bus persons and management as needed to achieve high customer satisfaction with all table service customers.
• Maintains and controls the release of wristbands coherently and intuitively
• Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of work environment
• Meets the minimum guest list requirement each operating night.
• Meets the minimum table reservation requirement each operating night
• Meets the minimum customer contact requirement each week and turns information into management.
• Utilizes company issued iPhone for all communication with customers.
• Recognizes potential customer issues and effectively communicates with management to solve any potential problem.
• Distributes information on nightclub events as directed.
• Follows up on all business with a thank you card and a phone call or email the following day
• Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing in order to provide clear direction and information to employees at all levels.
• Maintains favorable working relationships with all departments, to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment.
• Attends department meetings, pre-shift briefings, and any training classes recommended by management or as mandated by the collective agreement.
• Familiar with all safety and emergency procedures.
• Comply with resort policy and procedures
• All other duties assigned

Accountability: This position does not have any supervisory or managerial responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS AND GUIDELINES

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience


COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
