Advertising Coordinator

Job Title: Advertising Coordinator
Location: Chaparral
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Advertising Manager
Hourly pay rate: $17.51 to $20.00 per hour; depending on prior experience

Summary
Under the direction of the Advertising Manager, coordinates the development and implementation of all advertising related activities including but not limited to advertising agency submissions, written and graphic materials as well as proofing and scheduling of advertising deadlines.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED required; college degree in sales, marketing or advertising preferred. Minimum of one-year experience in a casino marketing environment is preferred.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word software. Minimum of two years direct experience working with multi-media/desktop publishing/graphics-based programs.

Other Qualifications
Must have strong writing skills. Excellent organizational and communications skills are required. Must be a team player and be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
