Bingo Floor Clerk/cashier
Job Title: Bingo Cashier/Floor Clerk (part-time)
Department: Bingo Gaming License: Class III FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports To: Bingo Shift Supervisor Starting Wage: $7.73 per hour plus tips Summary The Bingo Cashier/Floor Clerk receives, maintains and is accountable for a monetary bank as well as issue of Bingo paper and /or any related Bingo retail merchandise. Education and/or Experience High School diploma or GED required. Cash/money handling work experience preferred. Must be able to pass basic math skills assessment. Computer Skills Basic PC and 10-key calculator skills required. Other Qualifications * Must have good basic math skills and cash handling experience. * Must have strong documentation and organizational skills. * Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team across departments and levels of management. * Must have an upbeat and friendly personality and present a well-groomed appearance. * Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays. Language Skills Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to secondary smoke. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. *CB* |
