Organizational Development Coordinator Full TimeJob Summary: Develops, implements, and evaluates a comprehensive plan for meeting the educational and development needs of Oaklawn employees. Supports department-based goals that contribute to the success of the organization. Provides staff development expertise as development coordinator, change agent, and researcher. Fosters empowerment through knowledge to achieve excellent evidence-based practice. The Organizational Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the administration of Oaklawn’s Organizational Development functions; and maintains the Learning Management System (LMS); provides the necessary assistance to internal and external customers with a high level of integrity, strong organizational skills and professionalism. Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in field of Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or Organizational Development, or equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by HR Administration. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Prior experience working in a Learning and Development role or related/similar business function preferred. Prior experience administering an LMS system preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments. Ability to accurately complete tasks within established timelines. High level of problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively by phone, in person, and in writing. Ability to follow instructions and apply learned knowledge beyond available instructions. Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize, and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment. Ability to work independently and a part of a team by establishing and maintaining effective, positive, and cooperative working relationships with internal and external communities. Working Conditions: Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Variable shifts required to meet the needs of the facility/staff. Physical Requirements: Constantly see/visual acuity, talk/hear. Frequently stand, sit, walk, handle/grasp/feel. Occasionally lift/carry 1 to 49 lbs. |
