Job Title: Extra board Poker Dealer

Reports To: Card Room Shift Supervisor
Deals a standardized, smooth and mechanically efficient game. Controls game action and players. Ensures games are dealt and collections taken in accordance with casino policy and procedures.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); previous poker dealing experience strongly preferred; and/or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be reliable, trustworthy and dependable. Must be able to handle pressure and stressful situations.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to secondary smoke. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
