Job Title: Rewards Club Representative
Department: Marketing
Gaming License: Class III
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Rewards Club Supervisor
Starting Pay Rate: $10.82 per hour

Creates a welcome and entertaining environment for all guests by providing prompt, courteous and professional customer service at all times. Greets guests at main entrance areas and at the Guest Services Desk, learns names of repeat guests and personally greets them by name.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; prior customer service related experience required; casino experience preferred.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have good PC skills and knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
