Kitchen Buffet Staff

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Buffet Staff serve customers on the Buffet line. Will set-up, restock and clean up in buffet area as needed.


FOUR DIAMOND SERVICE AGREEMENT
All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to Customer Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by Pechanga Resort and Casino.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for serving on the buffet line. May also include set-up, restocking and clean up of the buffet area.
• Responsible for service of buffet customers on the buffet line.
• Maintain an overall appealing appearance of food and decor of the buffet.
• Maintain a sanitary food-handling environment that is conductive to all EEO regulations.
• Will protect the assets of Pechanga Resort & Casino.
• All other duties as assigned.


ACCOUNTABILITY: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND GUIDELINES

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent. Some knowledge of kitchen and culinary operation.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: This position requires good communication skills.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: This position requires basic math skills.
REASONING ABILITY: N/A

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: N/A

SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Able to carve and serve food in an appealing manner.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
